At Sathya Educare, we recognize that early childhood is a pivotal stage in a child's developmental journey. It's a time when every experience shapes their learning trajectory. According to the recommendations outlined in the National Educational Policy 2020, Early Childhood stands out as a pivotal phase fostering comprehensive child development. The expertise of teachers working with this age group plays a vital role in establishing a solid educational foundation.

In order to empower teachers in their efforts to foster a robust and solid educational foundation during the formative years, we are developing programs within the framework of "Early Childhood Care and Education - ECCE."
The main objectives of this area are to:

conduct a survey to understand the differences in pedagogical practices in urban and rural pre-schools

identify the needs and requirements in urban and rural pre-schools

create an awareness amongst teachers with the developmental milestones during early childhood period

design programs for enhancing the competencies of pre-school teachers
-
develop teacher training modules for capacity building programs in foundation pedagogy, literacy and numeracy

empower teachers with foundational pedagogy and content
-
emphasise on the parental role and engagement in school activities
