The School Readiness Programs conducted for Secondary level (B.Ed.) and Elementary level (D.El.Ed.) teacher trainees in the previous year have provided us with valuable insights into their specific needs and requirements. These programs have garnered significant demand from teacher education institutions given their profound impact on the professional development of trainees. Building upon the success of the previous school readiness initiatives, we have meticulously designed three distinct programs tailored to meet the needs of various aspirants.

These programs cater to three primary groups: first, individuals currently pursuing their teacher education degrees; second, newly graduated pre-service teachers; and third, early-career educators with less than five years of experience. Our comprehensive offerings are available to both B.Ed. and D.El.Ed. teacher trainees, ensuring inclusivity across educational backgrounds. Additionally, we collaborate closely with colleges to integrate these programs seamlessly into the trainees' curriculum, providing them with essential guidance and support throughout their educational journey. Through these initiatives we aim to empower teacher trainees at all levels to embark on their professional careers with confidence and competence.
