At Sathya Educare Competency Trust, our programs are designed to empower teachers at every stage of their professional journey, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to foster student success.

Our first offering is to the teachers where we focus on two major groups, 

• Foundational Level Teachers (KG to grade 2) : Under the area we focus on Foundation Pedagogy, Literacy, and Numeracy Development Practices, as well as Parental Role and Engagement. By strengthening these core areas, we help early-stage teachers create impactful learning environments for young learners.

• Primary Stage Teachers (3rd to 8th grade): We aim to enhance the pedagogical content knowledge of teachers and improve mental ability development practices, ensuring that students receive a well-rounded education that promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

 

Our second offering is to provide a sample set of teaching learning materials and experiential learning resources to teachers and schools to use to enhance the quality of teaching and engagement of students.

Resource Development and Deployment: Our efforts in this area include creating resource rooms and Teaching-Learning Materials, enhancing students' reading abilities through structured Library Practices, and establishing Teacher Enablement Resource Centres to support ongoing teacher development.

 

Our third offering is to enhance the confidence in practicing 21st century teaching skills by students about to enter into teaching profession or who recently started doing teaching in schools. 

Preservice and Early Career Teachers: We offer ongoing programs for B.Ed./D.El.Ed. students, those ready to enter the teaching profession, and early career teachers. These programs provide the practical training and mentorship needed to navigate the challenges of the early teaching years.

 

Our fourth offering is to develop and offer some of the training we do in online mode.

Online Courses: Recognizing the evolving needs of teachers, we are developing high-quality online courses for ongoing professional development, making it easier for teachers to enhance their skills and stay updated with the latest educational practices. Through these initiatives, we aim to create a lasting impact on the education system, empowering teachers to drive meaningful change in their classrooms and communities.

Programs to Ensure Sustainability and Scalability: We are committed to long-term impact through Train the Trainer programs, mentoring practices, and sustainability practices that ensure the scalability of ideas introduced in our programs.
